body Jocker Bass model, alder

Entry level J-bass body in alder. Alder has been the tone wood of choice since the 1960's. This body is routed for two single coil pickups. This body is designed for a top-loader bridge. A top-loader J-bass sounds warmer with more mids. The neck pocket and pickup cavities are tight and may need a small adjustment to fit. This can be done with sanding paper or a sharp chisel.
Prior to finishing, the body will need some sanding.
